Unique Call = A non duplicated inbound call to your call center
Cost Per Any Call = Any call that comes into your call center (includes duplicates)
Cost Per Sale = The total cost of marketing/advertising divided by the number of sales generated
Cost Per Order = The total cost of marketing/advertising divided by the number of sales generated
Cost Per Lead = The total cost of marketing/advertising divided by the number of leads generated.
Lead = Varies (dependent on what you call a lead)
Internet Lead = Where a consumer fills out an online form showing intent to find out more information about your product or service. Typical information collected includes First/Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, Email Address
Cost Per Qualified Conversation = Total cost of marketing/advertising divided by the number of conversations that qualify for your product or service. (ex. – Consumer meets is interested in the product, meets your minimum qualifications and has been pitched)
Hot Transfers = Where our call center generates qualified conversations based on approved client scripting prior to doing a 3 party connected transfer to the client, where the client continues the phone call by attempting to close the deal.
Pay Per Lead = A fixed cost paid per billable lead based on the clients lead definition
Pay Per Inquiry = A fixed cost paid per billable inbound call (can be gross or unique calls)
